I started my journey on 16 May 2023. Heading back to gym, F45. I started with a challenge and dropped a few kilos but the one thing that I’ve always struggled with is my diet. I know what I should do being a single mother, it’s always hard to find the time. After some research I came across Dean, DS Nutrition and coaching. I reached out to Dean and we spoke about the goals that I wanted to achieve and how to use nutrition for weight loss. From starting with Dean on 9 July I have dropped 5kg, 2cm from my arms, 4cms from my legs and over 10cms from my waist! Dean has been awesome along the way with altering my plan to my very fussy needs! He has always responded so quickly and followed up to ensure I can hit my goals! I can’t thank Dean enough for the work he has done for me to help me achieve my goals so far. I am still going but getting closer to my goals every day with his help! Thank you Dean!!!
If you were ever on the bench about wanting to approach a Nutritional Coach, as I was a few months ago, then you haven’t spoken to Dean from DS Nutrition and Coaching. From the moment Dean called me back after I submitted my details online, he has been so understanding, so patient and is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition. I have been working with Dean for the past 2 months, and I have seen significant results in terms of my weight loss and fitness. Over 4kgs lost, fitness levels have increased (getting PBs on my runs almost weekly!!!) and a better understanding about what my body needs. I was so worried going into this that the focus on losing weight would decrease my running performance. I am happy to say it has done the complete opposite!Dean has helped me create a personalised meal plan that is both healthy and delicious, not to mention so easy to prepare. Weekly prep is no longer a gruelling chore that I would postpone or not do because of the 110 ingredients needed, then failing the week because then I make the wrong food choices. This meal plan has me excited to see what I am going to eat every day, it is easy to follow and my little family love it too – win win. He also provides regular check-ins and answers all of my questions, no matter how small or pesky they are.I am so grateful for Dean's Support, he is helping me reach my goals, he made sure to change up my plan when I tell him I am prepping for some crazy race and I am confident that I will continue to lose weight and improve my health with his guidance.I highly recommend DS Nutrition and Coaching to anyone who is looking for a weight loss programs that work. Ive been training with Dean for a month or so now and I couldn't be happier. He makes training fun but keeps it professional and I feel so much better physically and mentally and my mindset towards eating has changed so much. The meal plan is fantastic and so flexible so you don't get bored and you're eating food you love which makes it so much easier to stick to and not feel like you're on a diet. He's always checking in and willing to answer questions if I'm not sure about something. His passion in his work shines through in his coaching the matter how much I complain I can't do it he's always encouraging me making me realise that I actually can. He wants me to reach my goals as much as I do.

I always thought I maintained a healthy, balanced diet but I started to find it hard to shift
extra kilos in my 40’s. No matter how often I trained, (5-6 times per week), or hard I trained, I
just wasn’t seeing any changes in my body.
I started seeing Dean in February 2023 and honestly, it is the best thing I have done. Dean
asked me lots of questions about my diet, goals and training before I signed up for my
personalised 12 week plan. My custom made meal plans were easy to follow, the recipes
were straight forward and the food delicious. The regular check in’s with Dean meant I could

I was referred to Dean by my friends after looking for weight loss programs. I signed up for his Nutrition package and I am so glad I did. Every week I'm amazed by the results I'm getting I still eat delicious food and lose weight. I don't feel like I'm on a diet or like I'm missing out on anything. It has been an amazing journey! I think the most important thing for me was not only have I learnt so much about nutrition and what my body needs but more importantly it has changed my mindset. By knowing the nutritional value of different foods I am able to still enjoy the food I love in moderation. The regular chickens multiple times a week was much appreciated as it kept me motivated throughout. Another important learning experience was that the scale is really just a number because the biggest difference I saw was in my body measurements! Overall I feel very equipped with the nutritional knowledge and confidence to carry on this fitness journey.
